You could fold it and it would fit in to a Filofax Personal size, which is 171mm x 95mm, where as A6 is 148 mm x 105 mm so Personal size is only slightly narrower but much taller. <br /><br />A6 is of course half A5, so it would easily fit in to that size Filofax without folding.
