I tried A5 Filofax pages in my reecovid binder and the rings/ holes do not match up, the rings are between the Filofax holes. But the good news is any adjustable two-hole punch would work for it, no expensive specialized punch required so you could easily print any inserts you like on any paper you like and punch to fit.
