On this day at this time... Philofaxy was born and shown to the world...
'
In the beginning' was the very first post of the fledgling blog, and look what it became!.
For clarification, Philofaxer is not me... the original guy that started off Philofaxy moved on to other things... you can read more from him in our
5th birthday celebration.
8 years on and about 2200 posts later... together with nearly 29000 comments, isn't it amazing how we still find new things to discuss about Filofax!
Thank you to everyone for your continued help and support.
Happy Birthday to us!

Cheers! May phIOFAXY have many more years to come!!!
ReplyDeleteA few of us have been here long enough to remember when it was Philofaxer,Inky/Nan and just one or two others. Days would pass without any fresh material. It's thanks to the current team -and especially Steve - that the blog has been transformed into what we have today. We owe a big debt of thanks!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Philofaxy! Kudos to all the Daddies and Mommies that have made this place the awesome community that it now is. You guys are fantastic!
ReplyDeleteHeartfelt Happy Birthday! Philofaxy got me out of the procrastination hole I'd dug and showed me how to chug along .and just do it. And along the way, I had great fun and met this whole community of great people.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to us!!! I remember when I first discovered Philofaxy, I would check it several times a day hoping for new content, and any ideas or advice on how to best use my Filofax. If only it were as active and content-rich at it is now! Many thanks to Nan for inviting me to contribute, and huge thanks especially to Steve for keeping everything rolling along every day with such wonderful content and charisma! And huge thanks too to Nan and Anita for all the wonderful content and fresh ideas. Here's to many more years of Philofaxy!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!! Champers anyone??
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Philofaxy, and thank you all. That very first 'In the Beginning' post could have been written by me, yesterday or today, with very little alteration. Paper still rules in this small corner of the world, at least.
ReplyDeleteHi there, a warm hug all the way from sunny Mexico.
ReplyDeleteI got my first Filofax not long ago, and a week after I had it I'd bought another one from e-bay. LIKE SORCERY I TELL YOU (I think Filofaxes breed when one is not watching).
Philofaxy's been so helpful, even more so when it's so difficult to find "plannery" things here (in the south of Mexico in the middle of nowhere), so, copying and DIYing and FAUXing everything in sight is my life.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY. I'm new to the party, but I'm glad I'm here. Keep it going for a long, long, long time, 'coz I just arrived and I don't want to leave. Ever.
Happy Birthday!!! - Very interesting to read the historic posts :) Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI'm about to note this in my 2014 Mo2P. :)
