Free For All Friday - No. 502

If someone asked you what size of organiser they should buy how would you respond?

I nearly always say, don't buy one just yet. Test out the different page sizes first with plain paper or some spare inserts of different sizes to see which size suits you best, before you purchase an actual organiser.

I see so many people selling organisers that they no longer use because the size is either too big or too small. We all have our favourite sizes I know.

It is Friday once again, so please feel free to discuss anything organiser related.

Have a good weekend.

  1. I agree with the sheets of paper thing. Since my all-time favorite size is B6 (7"x5"), I know in the US we can get 7x5 notebooks for less than a dollar at Walmart. I always suggest picking on of those up.

    1. Likewise I'm always looking in my local stores at the size of paper pads or notebooks to see what they can easily be adapted to to fit something else.

It makes little sense to order on-line if you can help it.

  2. Agree with you, Steve, about checking out page size before deciding on binder size.

I like to do mock-ups on graph paper if I can't get a sample page of an insert. Easy way to see if a page will work for me, before purchasing.
