Free for All Friday No. 604 by Nan

Are your local fitness centers and parks closed these days? Have you started an at-home exercise routine? If so, how do you use your organizer to plan your workouts and track your progress? I've been trying some YouTube videos, but haven't organized my approach. Time for me to do so! Because it is Friday, of course you can also discuss any other organizer-related topics.

  1. I mark in my self-care section of my planner if I've done yoga and/or meditated that day and for how long. It's been helping me a lot. I also track my steps on my pedometer, but don't write that in my planner.
