Two Days Per Page with Tasks in Personal Size

After I showed my set up for next year, I have received a few requests for the diary insert that I have created. It is basically 2.3.2 that I have 'tweaked' to add in the tasks to each day.

Today I'm releasing the source files and the prepared files for 2026.

2026 Files ready to print in Word and PDF formats

Source files you will need both the Word and the Excel file and use the Data worksheet when performing the mail merge which you select when opening the Word file.

  1. I am intrigued by e-ink tables like the ReMarkable and Boox products, which enable a handwriting experience very much like paper, and almost unlimited storage capabilities. These devices solve many of the issues with PDAs from the 1990s and 2000s they can be read under any lighting conditions inside or outdoors, have long battery lives, and use memory cards and/or the cloud for backup so you won't lose information. I would love to have a proper electronic Filofax-like device that I could write on, and carry all my diary pages, meeting notes, project plans, etc. Unfortunately, from what I have seen, their diary templates are terrible. They typically offer a single one-day undated template, no choice of formats. As I understand it, you would have to manually create a new diary page based on the template every day, and manually date it. No calendar or week-of-the-year. Does anyone know of any proper diary templates with features such as a full year of daily pages, navigational links, etc? Is this something Philofaxy might consider creating?

    1. Can these devices read in a PDF file and allow you to 'edit' it on the device? If they can use one of our 12 month PDF files of the layout of your choice.

I only own an iPad but I only use the built in calendar application on that. There are way too many other calendar apps out there!
