Free for All Friday No. 514 by Nan

Since my overgrown fingernails are currently hindering my typing, I thought it would be appropriate to write about beauty and self-care in an organizer.

On my daily pages, I note things like the name of salon, name of technician, and the color code for nail or hair color. It's very easy to forget those items, in case you want to return to them.

I've also decided to start recording which skin care products I'm using, as well as my skin's reaction to them. This, I hope, will keep my from rebuying products that I've already decided don't work for me!

As always on Friday, all discussion of ring-bound organizers is welcome!

  1. Nan, I love this idea, going to do the same. I will also add "the last time I" so I can have the last time I had haircut/color at salon. (Rita)

  2. That is a great idea, I like how FIlofaxes allows for flexibility for everyone's different needs. I went to a conference this week and grabbed one of my A5 FIlofaxes to add some paper for notes and also added details of what bus I needed to take and when, plus the conference ticket, conference venue, and what room it was in. I also added information about when I had to be on stage. I enjoy how a FIlofax can be used for so many different htings, can be an every day carry, a journal, a planner, a collation of infomraiton, and also be used ad hoc as needed

  3. Different topic... I am sick of seeing bland, inaccurate, hallucinating AI item 'descriptions' on auction sites. They tell me nothing I want to know about the item in question...

"The Filofax Logic Personal Organiser Planner in Black is a stylish and functional office essential. This organiser is perfect for keeping your personal tasks and appointments in order. With its sleek design and efficient layout, this planner is a must-have for those looking to stay organised and on top of their to-do list. Whether you're a student, professional, or simply looking to streamline your daily routine, this Filofax organiser is a practical and reliable choice"

At least that one didn't say it was leather, or laud the 'renowned manufacturer, Filofax'...

    Rant over...

    1. Don’t worry, it’s not a rant Kevin, it’s a ‘lengthy, passionate, and unrestrained outburst of frustration or anger by the well known and popular blogger and commentator Kevin on the inspirational site known amongst its followers as Philofaxy….blah blah blah’ 😜
