Whilst these have been on the site for a few weeks, we are officially releasing them for download from today.

Inserts for 2014

A4/A5 Format
Personal on Personal Paper
Personal on A4 Paper
Pocket on A4 Paper
The files are the same as before, there are existing instructions on the diary inserts page.  However, I will be doing some more detailed instructions on printing these files in the very near future. I want to highlight some of the issues people have reporting to us and try to cover as many of these as possible.

Please note that the 2013 files are also still available on the Diary inserts page, just a little further down the page.

  1. How difficult would it be to create a set of inserts for Sunday only - A5 x 52 Sundays?

    1. Take one of our 2014 Merged Files Day per Page most probably and delete the days you don't want to print.

Doing it on one of the other formats will be a bit more involved.

  2. Thanks so much for the hard work you and Ray do on these inserts. Last summer I began using the Personal on A4 Two Days per Page Lined. They worked well for me, then when my work picked up in the fall, I switched to Personal on Personal Day per page, printing one month at a time. After using that version a month or two, I finally downloaded the source files and tweaked it to suit me. I changed the time slots to 12-hour times, not 24-hour times; removed the tick boxes; made the upper right box for work tasks; made the lower right box home tasks; and manually added US holidays under the day's date at the top of the page. I've been using this format all of 2013. Sometimes I think of purchasing inserts, but it costs so much more than a ream of paper. I suppose I should consider ink costs too, but my black laser toner doesn't seem to cost as much as an ink jet printer's ink.

  5. Thanks for the hard work that you do on these! I just want to let you know that on the personal on A4, month on 2 pages docx, some of the month labels don't appear on the correct spot but off to the side, not on the paper used for the planner. Eg: Feb 2014 on the F, S,S, and note side. The ones that don't print are Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, and Dec.
