It has been a while since we published a new design of diary insert for you to download and print and use.

This is a design I have been wanting to try out myself for a while. It's similar to one we have previously shared, but this one has had further changes.

You might think that this is just the Enhanced Time Manager layout reversed. Well sort of.

After watching the Franklin Planner training videos I realised that this is a more natural flow when entering your plans for the week ahead. See this post for details of those videos.

Working from left to right, you would start off by 'brain dumping' all the things you have to do in the week ahead in the first column, Picking out personal reminders and communications (Email, Telephone calls) and things coming up in the following weeks.

On the next page you can include what appointments you have and their times. Then in the right hand column you can start to allocate the tasks you wrote down in the first column to specific days.

Anything left over can be carried over to the next week if you run out of time, so that it doesn't get lost or forgotten. The Franklin Planner versions seem to concentrate on a Day on Two pages, which is a lot of paper!

I've created files for 2023 already. As usual they are available in Word and PDF formats.

They have already been added to the 'Future Years' page under the 1.5.10 headings. You will also find the links there for the source files, which you can download and make any minor changes you wish.

All the usual processes apply for printing these out in the same as any of our other diary inserts. See the diary inserts page for full details

As always, a big thank you to Ray Blake for his help in supporting our diary inserts projects.

Do let us know down in the comments how you find this insert.
