Odd request: when clearing out my office, I found a pack of filofax computer paper (you know: three personal sheets on one A4). Very nice, but where could I find an editable template to print something on them? I have seen the PDFs on Philofaxy, but those are not editable obviously. Ideally, I would like to transfer Ray Blake's Personal Bullet Journal pages onto the computer paper. Totally no luck, even after one hour of messing about ...
ReplyDeleteHi Judith
DeleteThe best way would be to set up a Word template using a simple table of 3 cells in a single row to match the paper. Setting the cell margins to allow for the margins on a normal Filofax page.
Once you have got that sorted just copy and paste the existing page in to the cell.
Test it with normal A4 plain paper before you commit to the expensive Filofax paper.
Yes, it worked! I divided an A4 page into three columns, adjusted the margins for the front and back, then copy/pasted the layout into the columns. Thank you, Steve!
DeleteA free trial,a month of Nitro also enables PDFs to Word and Word to PDF editing. I'd love to be able to afford the full version software as it is superbly handy!! Glad you sorted it out in other ways though. Ooor Steve is great at fixing problems.xxxx
ReplyDeleteErrm, a silly question, but how many of you name your planners? Or give them a nickname? If so, what? I'd like to find an affectionate nickname/name for mine, but am driving myself nutty trying to think of one!! Ideas, anyone???
ReplyDeleteI would love to call one of mine or a design 'Another One'
DeleteAnd if it went on sale to be able to see people come in to a store and ask for 'Another One' Another what?
Steve, you do make me laugh!! I don't know why, but it made me think of the Two Ronnies' sketch about four candles and fork handles!! LOL. xxxxx
