The two rings are spaced by 80mm and they are 13mm internal diameter.
The page size is 162x100mm so shorter but wider than Filofax personal size.
It's not particularly high quality, its made from thick card, but it was used quite a bit when I was in my 'younger years'
I can date it by the notes on some of the pages.
These scribbled notes are a very rough design for a hi-fi cabinet that was building at home at the time! The numbers would be inches for the length of the parts for the frame. I didn't discover metric until I started work in 1975.
I've looked for details of who might have made it from the internal label, but so far I've not found any reference to this type of ring binder.
I think I most probably bought it in W.H. Smiths sometime in the early 1970's. It was most probably my first encounter with a ring binder!! At the time we only used normal exercise books at school, nothing as sophisticated as a ring binder at my school!
May be it was this that planted a seed of using a Filofax years later.... who knows!
