Past Years
Inserts for 2024
Note the reference number and the size, use A4/A5 for all ISO page sizes (A4, A5, A6, B5, B6 etc).
Click on the name to see a preview of the insert, note that the date doesn't reflect the files, the previews are not updated every year.
The print ready Word or PDF files are a full 12 months for each year listed at the top of the column.
The source files are in the Word and Excel columns, you will need both files for each insert.
In the Excel files you will find a Year sheet, and other worksheets. To change the year enter the year in appropriate cell, note that the source files don't change from year to year.
When carrying out the merge in Word merge the data from the 'Merge Sheet' listed in the final column.

Could you please help me with altering the design so that the week starts on a Sunday. I'm trying to use the Personal on A4 week to view
ReplyDeletePlease see this post: http://philofaxy.blogspot.com/2017/01/sunday-start-diary-inserts.html it explains what you need to change to create a Sunday start insert. You will need to change the Excel file and the Word source file for the particular insert you are interested in.
Deletefantastic thank you! I'll give that a try :)

ReplyDeleteI really appreciate all your endeavor, as does my wife who uses these, but I think there is a problem with this link http://philofaxy.com/inserts/A6Inserts/WeekperPage/2018A6weekperpage.pdf
ReplyDeleteIt's showing as 2018-2019 rather than 2017 - 2018???
Am I doing something stupid? It wouldn't be the first time !
Try again, incorrect link!
DeleteHi I don't suppose you have a personal size month on two pages for 2015 squirreled away do you? thanks
ReplyDeleteHi Karen
DeleteWhat number is it in the 2016 list? Copy the link and change 2016 to 2015 and you should find it works... Whilst we stop listing them, I don't remove them from the server!
Or take a look here:

Thank you so much for doing this! You are a godsend in my hectic life as a teacher :)
ReplyDeleteIs there any way of converting the A4/A5 format to Personal on A4? I love the Week on two pages Enhanced TM (5 line version) for A4/A5 and would love to see how it looks in my personal planner!
ReplyDeleteSteve. I cannot express how much I love that, right now in October 2018, you ALREADY have inserts available all the way through 2020!!! Thank you so much! This alleviates so much planner anxiety for me.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laurie, I will do calendars and year planners for 2021 in the next few weeks.
DeleteWhen we get in to November the 2019 inserts will be moved on to the main Diary Inserts page and I will move the 2018 ones in to the 'past years' section of this page.

ReplyDeleteHi, I really appreciate your work in producing these inserts. My wife got Filofax last year and I printed out your inserts with a bit of adaptation. I remember, at the time, I had to do something to adjust the margin widths for the inside margin of the pages, but can't seem to find the instructions anywhere now. I'm using the 'One Day per Page A5 printing on A4 with a duplex printer. Many thanks in advance for any help, as my wife is chomping at the bit to get her next academic year printed and filled in!
ReplyDeleteDiscovered what I was looking for in the Source Files. Thanks
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI am desperately searching for a project planner 2020 since TMI have now moved away from paper and gone digital. It has a wide column on the left to note down the various projects, and horizontal lines with each day listed in a narrow column with the weekends shaded darker, 6 months on a lepporello zig-zag, so two sheets for a year. I cannot find this anywhere to buy (I do paper only for my planning) and would appreciate a pointer - or a newly made sheet - I can send you a picture of mine from 2019 if you wish. Can you help, please? Thank you in advance!
Yes email me a photo of your current page and I will see what I can come up with. What size is the page?
DeleteEmail using the address on the About page.
DeleteHi, I've been looking at these pages for the pass couple of years. Today I thought I will give it a go and attempt to print my own pages for my diary.
ReplyDeleteI'm printing on A5 paper (as I was given a box full years ago)
I love the layout of 'week on two pages (cotton cream layout)' I've downloaded both the word document and the excel file (as I want from Sept 2019 - Dec 2020) from 2019 lists of diaries.
When I've downloaded the excel file it starts on December 2020.
Where will I find the source file for what I am asking?
Thank you in advance for your help
Go in to the Excel file and change the value in Cell A2 to your required start date (Sept 2019) this will give you a file that will give you 12 months worth of data. Once you are happy with the result.
DeleteEdit the Excel file again to start in Sept 2020 this will again give you another 12 months worth of pages. But you can copy and paste the weeks you want from one file to the other.
Again once you are happy with that print out your full diary.
Alternatively use our already merged files for 2019 and 2020 (see the Diary Inserts pages) and copy and paste the relevant weeks to a new file.
Thank you Steve, that was a great help and was able to 'tweak' the fonts too. I like to be able to have my own style of diary
Deleteive sent an email through as I REALLY need some help :-) xx
