  1. How does everyone store their spare planner pages, refills etc? I use an A5 expanding file with a zip seal (link below) which works quite well but curious to hear of other ideas

    1. Having more folders than sense, I store all my spares in an unused folder for that size and binding type, and store those in one of four (FOUR) drawers containing planner bits and pieces. I'm going to have to move shortly to a considerably bigger house at this rate ...

  2. At the moment I bulldog clip my old inserts together and store flat in a box file. My question would be how many to store and keep though over the years. I should imagine 5-10 at the maximum. I am wondering if you and any other readers have prnted and started to fill in 2021's inserts yet? xx

  3. Treasury tags and a shoe box, I keep 1 years worth on a rolling basis. I am working on a 3 month rolling basis, just inserted January's.

  4. One of the good things about getting the Time/System kit was they include a nice plastic box with a hinged clear lid that is just large enough to fit the A5 inserts in. Also, it comes with vinyl tabbed dividers with insert titles printed on it.

So, once you have it, you can keep using it by refilling the box with new inserts over time.

Box is about 4" (10cm) thick, so, can hold quite a few inserts.

Great way to keep insert organized in one place.

    1. I have two of these, one each for home office and 'really office. I haven't done so, but if the divider set becomes out if date for my practice I can easily replace it with a more relevant set made of card from a local craft store

  6. Hi, has anyone found a good zipper pouch. The Filofax plastic zipper pouches are next to useless and break our burst easily. Any suggestions?
