An Unusual Hobby

I linked to this article in the last Web Finds. It is an article I wrote for our local magazine here in France. The Deux-Sèvres Monthly, which is an English magazine distributed free through out our department (county).

We live in the very north of the department and the north of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of South West France.

The magazine gets very good circulation amongst the residents of the department and neighbouring regions as well as visiting tourists (not that there are many of those at the moment!)

As my link could be linked directly to the article in Web Finds, here is the article on its own.

Enjoy!

If that is difficult to read on a small screen, there is a full size version of the image here

  7. If I never saw this picture it's exactly how I imagined you worked at a desk in a very organised way. But having listened to you in your podcasts I believe the camera can lie. What a wonderful bit of simple common sense. Funny how the simple ways are often best. Love the fact that you regularly admit to using tech as a backup for your analog record keeping but never depend on it nor allow it to replace your analog ways. I think all the sharing you have given so generously underlies the fundamental fact that you are "a jolly good fellow" . Thanks for all you have shared. It's the reflection of a kind heart I see in this picture.
