The podcast is returning... after a prolonged 2 year break we are back.
Karine and I managed to synchronise our schedules and get a suitable time to record episode 134.
Life basically just got in the way. Karine has moved house twice and not short moves either, so we have just been patient and carried on as best we can until the time was right to start again.
Refreshed and hopefully with some new ideas, although we are always open to new ideas of course.
At the time of writing, I've managed to edit/mix the recordings, the software I use has gone through a few changes since I last used it so there was a bit of a learning curve!!
The episode will be released next week. If you haven't listened to the podcast before, with 133 episodes already released and each one is about 30 minutes, there should be a topic of interest in some of them.
Of course it is Friday, so please feel free to discuss anything Filofax related.
I am so pleased that the podcast is back. Thank you both.
ReplyDeleteI will seek the podcast out, especially past output to hear what is is all about. Must admit I am not a big podcast listener but I might change that in the new year on my train journeys into work.
ReplyDeleteI have a quick question about 90s filofaxes. It seems to me that the bigger sizes of models that came out in the 90s had slots for cards but also floppy discs. Anyone know when these came in and disappeared? Also, when they started or got dropped is it possible to get one model with the floppy disc slots and another of the same model with them replaced or were these slots brought in and dropped with the models that had them?
I am getting an A5 Lyndhurst that AIUI has floppy disc slots so I am curious. Also curious what people would use these for. I am guessing notelets, postits, filofax postits sets, odd small note folded up for temporary storage, etc. I can't think of any single item/object that could be considered to have taken over the floppy disc for these slots, not like you could fit external hard drives in there for certain.
