Free for All Friday No. 434 by Nan

Once when I was using a Classic (U.S. Junior / roughly A5) Franklin Covey binder to organize my life and various jobs, I wished for a binder with a shoulder strap so I could carry the whole thing instead of a purse. After all, everything I needed to get through the day was in there!

Once I saw a picture of the actress Diane Keaton with a Personal-size binder stuck into her belt.

Sometimes I find hand-carrying my Filofax with me works fine, as long as I'm not carrying anything else in hand.

How do you carry your organizer?

Of course, since it's Friday, you can go off on any conversational tangent you wish!

  1. I use a backpack style purse. Organizer flavor of the month fits in there.

  2. I change my handbag, organizer (EDC...my others are not changed out as often) and wallet monthly. Regardless of what I am using I always, always carry a handbag and my organizer lives in there.

  3. I have a kids backpack that I use as a purse.

  4. I used to have a half page (close to A5) nameless brand planner that had a shoulder strap and it was amazing. I don't know why there aren't more like this. It's a genius idea, especially if the strap is removable, but you just never see them.
