  1. Hello, thanks for this opportunity. I have a question re filofax Slimline (effectively Lockwood) vs Compact vs usual personal size. What is user feedback re how easy is it to turn pages with smaller rings, number of pages etc. Everytime I walk into John Lewis there is the Lockwood Personal which is very tempting but not sure if it a practical for daily use and can't find too many reviews on it. Thanks

    1. Hi,
Steve had done experiments with thin paper showing the capacities of standard (23mm), compact (15mm) & slimline (11mm) as 250, 150 & 105 sheets respectively.
Old Filofax catalogues have suggested 200, 120 & 40, and these figures are probably more like what you can expect in practice with a mixture of leaves.
Turning the pages generally only becomes an issue if the rings are over-filled. The figures here indicate Slimline size has a big gap between the theoretical capacity and the practical one.
