  1. I'm looking for an A5 organiser that is floppy and wraps like a Filofax Domino but made of leather, with a tab closure. Are my requirements unlikely?

Take a look at the Filofax Malden, it has similar size rings to the Domino and it is very 'floppy'
Also consider the Van der Spek 'Touch Me' A5 Manager which can be fitted with 25 or 35 mm rings if you need more capacity.

    2. Thank you for the recommendations and introducing me to the intriguing VSP brand. A customised Touch Me could work, a £350 gamble perhaps.

  2. I'd like to be able to make a Week To A View diary, each page being A5 size, starting with Monday on the left hand page and ending with Sunday on the right hand page.
On each day I'd like space for each hour, from 8 am to 9 pm running vertically, for each day.
    Does that make sense?

    1. Take a look at 1.5.8 on our diary page:

      https://philofaxy.blogspot.com/p/diary-inserts.html

with a minor amendment to the time range I think that is what you are looking for.

  3. Yes, that's the one!
I'll download it and fiddle around with it until I can get it to look the way I want it.
    Thank you.

  4. I have one, but not sure if it is genuine. Black grain leather, 6 ring, but edge treatment is not folded over. Pen loop is off centered (not aligned with button)

    1. Is there anything written inside the front cover? (Filofax will normally have the brand name & model info inside)

  5. What Filofax models have a pocket on the back for larger papers?

    1. Take a look at this listing for ones with the full width back pockets

    2. Outside of the Filofax models, look at Moterm, Van der Spek, Gillio, they all offer a model with the large back pocket in a variety of sizes.

    3. Thank you! I just received my Holborn but it’s an A5 with no full back pocket. For some reason I just thought it had one. Either way, I love her!
