I have very painful spinal osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. I want to set up an insert to track meds,vitamins,exercise,physio,water intake,sleep etc to try and find patterns to my pain and pain relief. Good days and bad. Any ideas as to such inserts for over a week/month. Also, any of you out there who are unwell, how do you cope with your planning. I don't wish to ask about your private medical life, just that any advice pointers or aha moments for me would be so helpful. Or inserts advice. Thanks. xxxx
