That is so handy Steve, I'd love one of these in my A6. Will have a go at making one, or look for a conversion page for my info section at the very least. I am always converting kgs to pounds and ounces, usually when cooking a chicken for Sunday lunch!! 20 mins a pound plus 2o mins extra cooking time, plus 20 mins resting, according to dad, the head chef around here!! But I always err on the safe side when cooking chicken and get it well cooked using the skewer test, making sure all juices run clear when poking the meat with a skewer. The only other time I measured recently was to judge the 2 metres self distancing distance. Apparently the distance of a long yard broom and a half is a rough judgement/guesstimate to keep in mind whilst out and about. Stay safe all. xx
