Apart from your appointments section, what insert(s) could you never do without??? I am re-jigging my planner and looking forward to new ideas. Being diabetic my menu plan is pretty essential for me right now with blood sugars, carbs and insulin units. Take care not to hypo in this heat my fellow Diabetics.xxxx

DeleteIf you need some contact information, cut it down to just Essential Contact information a single page or two sides of one sheet.
I put in and take out various maps I have in my organiser No point of carrying a London Underground Map when I'm in Brussels or vice versa...
I had a section for health, on one page I have a current list of my husbands medications, surgeries and dates etc., and another section for me. This section has been very helpful to keep close...cheryl
