ReplyDeleteDid Filofax ever make a mending-kit as an insert? I hate having to hunt down a needle and thread when a button comes loose. It’s one thing to write it on the cute Cotton Cream To Do list…and then schedule it…but I’d rather just sew it while waiting for my tea to steep.
Not made by Filofax but something similar with a sewing kit and other small items.

DeletePhilofile! I started to think you yourself had these made!
I read whole conversation. Sadly, it looks like Filofax will never offer such things now. Except the chess-board maybe?
I wonder if they have a cabinet full of inventions they decided against making.
It should be fairly easy to DIY. I inherited a sewing kit from my grandmother. It's a tiny... don't know the english word, but this thing https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSA1QJ-f4dZQQK-GRWXHk9UZtOCB8mzddqHJA&usqp=CAU
DeleteThe thread is wound around some pieces of cardboard and the needles stuck in the cloth. Something similar would be easy to make with a puch insert and some cardboard folded like a christmas card for the needles.
Looking for dog training inserts for personal size. Has anyone ever seen such an insert? I can make my own but would like to save some time. Etsy was pretty much a ghostland although I cobbled together some basics.
