So with Ray's help, I borrowed one he had already created for his Travellers Notebook, adjusted the size accordingly and created a simple, but easy to read calendar page for an A5 or Personal size Filofax.
And we have the files available too:
- 2014 A4 Word file and PDF to print on A4 size paper
- 2014 A5 Word file and PDF to print on A5 size paper
- 2014 Personal Word file and PDF to print on Personal size paper
You can print these out as a standalone page, or copy and paste them in to say the first page of your Week View insert where there is already a blank page in most cases.
If you have never printed your own inserts before you might find this post helpful to get the printer settings set correctly.

Hooray!!! Thank you, Steve and Ray. :)
ReplyDeleteGood, just what I wanted! Thank you !
ReplyDeleteSweet inserts!
ReplyDeleteGreat!! This is fabulous. Thank you!! Selfish request, I know, but as I have an academic year diary printed off, any chance of a 2013 one too?? Pleeeese and of course thank you!! xx
ReplyDeleteDo it yourself. You have the word file.
DeleteHP Fuchs. I am afraid I don't know how to do this with calendars and I am usually pretty good in Word!! Any advice to help?? I'd be really grateful xx
DeleteOr print 2013 and 2014 back to back
DeleteYes, I was thinking of printing 2013 and 2014 back to back, but how do I get up 2013?? Steve, am I being tecchie dim here? Fuchs says make your own, which I am perfectly willing to do, but what do I do with the Word file to enable me to make 2013? Am very confused.Helllp!! And thank you. xx
DeleteGrab the file off Ray's site, link in the post. It includes 2013 and 2014 side by side. Just copy each table to a new document and resize the table to which ever size Filofax you are using, which is what I did. You might need to alter the font size to get it on one page, but it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to do!
DeleteI always like Ray's inserts. They are clean, readable, efficient. Exactly what you want a calendar to do for you.
ReplyDeleteOooh... thanks Steve!! I never thought of cross referencing back to Ray's page. You are a star, both of you. Just the insert I've been looking for this one. So a huge thank you. xx
ReplyDeleteIs a 2015 version available? Thanks in advance!
ReplyDeleteNot yet we have crested year planners for 2015 though and you will find those in the diary inserts page
