Re goose, caviar, & etc, I mean, why wouldn't you?
An interesting mix of items there certainly - avocado and bean curd seem quite forward looking, while the inclusion of tongue is more redolent of the 1950s.
Given that it's in ounces, not 100g, I suspect US origin. The cream cheese figure is obviously wrong, too...
It was 1988. Many products were sold in ounces in the UK back then.
Why give the calories for “raw” chicken but “roast” goose??
