The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Plannerverse - Episode 13

GTD Productivity And Using Your Paper Planner

There must be a point where we can actually breathe a sigh of relief knowing we have accomplished the day’s work and allow ourselves the momentary celebration of understanding our location in the progress of our lives as we plan and track our way through it.

In this episode, Steve and Karine embrace the zen of David Allen and oddly, actually get something done!

  1. I'm really enjoying this series. Thank you very much for your time and expertise. I would really like to see something on financial management in planners. I know that some people use their planner as their wallet and some people use their planners as an envelope system for example. I use mine as simply a bill and income tracker, but I'm very interested in being more focused in my financial management. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

  3. Great episode! I am using a simplified version of GTD for a while, but have not found a perfect method to organise it "through" my planner yet. Mostly because I like smaller planners and don't want to stuff them with folded a4 paper.

  4. This was a great podcast -- I'm hooked! Karine, I would enjoy hearing more about how you use Omnifocus and your planner. I'm using both at the moment myself, and I'm looking for ways to make it work.
