  1. I am going to put my Big List in my planner.

    I have a friend who is an accountability partner. She and I coach each other. I was explaining to her about RAS and told my friend Karine's funny about Karine's planner making her RAS look big.

    This conversation prompted me to look up some more information about RAS.

    I keyed in the Google search "RAS in psychology". I scrolled down and found the most interesting article.

    1. That was Episode 35 where RAS was mentioned the first time. There was at least one other episode besides that one.

  2. I am curious on how often do you change up your planner? I am a one planner person and will get planner itch every 3-4 months. When I find myself open my planner less times, it is time for a change. I usually will switch between VDS and Gillio to a fresh feeling toward my planner. What about you?
