Monthly Planner Page for March 2018

I was kicking around a few ideas for some new inserts recently and came up with this new design for a single page which you can fill in to give yourself an overview of the month ahead.

You can also use it at a glance to spot what days you might be free on or to note down peoples holidays etc.

Naturally you can customise it anyway you want in the usual fashion.

So this is the front of the page.

And this is the reverse, which you could modify and add a lot more bits of information to it if you so desired. I decided to keep it simple though.

You can download the page in Word format or as a PDF file.

If you like this design idea let me know in the comments below and I will produce them for each month during the year.

  1. Brilliant, Steve - just what I need to track my monthly goals, objectives and appointments. I'd definitely use this. The insert here has the year 2108 instead of 2018, but apart from that, it is perfect.

    1. Hi
Could you please email me steve at philofaxy dot com so I can send you a test file to try printing on US Letter size paper. I don't have access to that here in Europe.

    2. I want to get my vote on brilliance in as well. I also would need the personal sized on letter paper if possible. I'm grateful for the time you spend on such useful projects and how gracious you are in sharing. Truly appreciative.

  9. You brilliant, brilliant man, Steve! Just last night I wrote it on my "to-do"s that I need to come up with a page like this. And now here it is. I printed it on scaled paper size of 21x25 cm, then cut off upper and lower "empty" margins. It now fits my TN. A few notes while I was filling out my spread. I see from replies that many enjoy the colours. If it would be possible to town down the colours a little, I would appreciate it (for more professional approach). If not, I completely understand as there always is the possibility to print out in grey-scale. Also, as a social hermit I won´t be needing the 10 lines of BD reminders, but will use them for either professional or personal goals (I always make both goals separate for all months, which I then break down for separate weeks so the added BD lines will work wonderfully for that purpose). The empty margins I will use for additional notes, there will be many. Again, a great big thank you!

  11. I really like it! But I would change all the headings and use it as a meal/diet planner. As soon as I looked at it I saw a place to track which meals I actually had daily, and separated places for each: breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. Brilliant! Any possibility to have it in Personal size, please?
