Today we are releasing the complete set of diary inserts of you to be able to download and print yourself for the year 2019 the year I collect my pension.... not that I am counting the months!!

All of these A6 files are in A4 format and all should be printed on to A6 size paper as detailed in the previous post. There is one exception to this and that is the Year Planner, this should be printed on to A5 paper at 70% scale and then Z folded to fit in to A6.

    hi, i have worked out the source files and have added a column called work on the end of description etc but I would like to swap the pages over so that the diary is on the right and tasks on left. I have tried to swap them and change the bigger gap to the middle... but the formatting goes wrong and starts to drop down onto the next page. also the dates and calendar disappears after a while. any suggestions?

      Which number is it in the list? Size/Format? I need to see your source files really to be able to give you an honest answer, it could be one of several things you might have done to them. Email me the two files, and I will take a look when I get a moment.

      I think you should be able to use the A5 one as it is now and just scale it to the correct size when you print it? As it has no lined sections is should be ok.

    Hi!
    I might have misunderstood how to print the templates, but I believe that I've found a template that has the wrong dimensions.
    It's the template for a week per page for personal on A4 2019 .
    I think the pages might be too small for a personal size (I print with 100% size). Also the template is a bit off, when I cut in between the two pages I cut off some of the text on the back of the page.

    Otherwise I've been using these templates for years, they're great!

      I presume you are printing on to A4 size paper 297x210 mm ? The back not matching the front is a printer issue with regards to duplex printing. Are you using a Duplexer or are you manually turning the paper over?

    I think I must be doing this wrong. I've tried to print the A5 #21 (TM reversed) and the margins for the holes are putting the Appointments page on the left side and the Notes/Actions on the right. This also means that the dates in the top corners are now in the ditch and not on the outsides.

      Are you printing the file in normal or reverse order?

      What size paper are you printing on?

      And are you really printing 2019?

      No, I wasn't printing 2019, I just commented on this post which gave it the title. I was trying to print a single page to see what they would look like reduced to A5. And the margins were all wrong for the page it was supposed to be (also evident from the page preview). I've actually made my own modified version and shifted the margins. Thanks for replying so quickly!

      When you do your own version and you do the mail merge, don't forget to remove the section breaks by searching for them and replacing them with nothing. This will correct the left and right margins on the files. Also don't forget to add the blank page at the start of the file as well.
